1.1 Tertiary Care: 1. Development of physical therapy services
- Robotic Gait Training (for adults and children) which could help to improve movement functions of individuals to correct walking patterns as well as decrease risks of falling resulting from instability and unsafe of walking patterns.
2. Development of Prosthetics and Orthotics services
- The Knee and Ankle Joint Testing machines
- The 3D Motion analysis
3 Out-patient services
- Providing assessment and diagnostics for people with physical and mobility impairments. The services are provided to both In-patients and out-patients. Moreover, special clinics are also provided including Acupuncture clinic, Stroke Clinic, Spinal Cord Injury Clinic, and Foot Clinic.
4. In-patient services
- Developing nursing care system (the individual in charge nurses)
- Application of SNMRC Function Assessment for assessing functional levels of the patients.
- Research development on rehabilitation nursing guidelines and innovations.
- Providing home visit and giving advice for home modification.
- Educating and training patients to perform activities in daily life and to prevent complications.

- Comparison of the effectiveness of six and two acupuncture point regimens in osteoarthritis of the knee: a randomised trial

- Cooperation with Queen Sirikit National Institue of Child Health (QSNICH) on the Prosthetic and Orthotics services with (Referral of children with physical disability)
1.5 Referal System: - Development of database for referral system in tertiary cares.
- Development of the referral system with the Southern borderline provinces for Prosthetics and Orthotics services.
- Development of the referral system with the Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health (QSNICH) for rehabilitation services for children with physical disability

- Supporting the development of sub-district health promotion hospitals policy by providing the manuals for rehabilitation services in sub-district health promotion hospitals.
